Born Free bottles spill

In an effort to create a healthier environment for my children I bought the Born Free sippy cups. I have to admit I found them very expensive and rather annoying. They do not have a stopper so my son dumps his milk all over the table or his car seat when I am not watchin. Also they have an insert for better flow that seems unnecessary. Any one else have this problem? Are there any products other than Born Free that are a little more user friendly?

Where are the Phthalate-free Products?

With all this talk about phthalate-free products I have been searching the web for a list of the products that contain phtlates and those that do not. I have found this information very hard to come by. Like most parents I would like to keep my child away from these products whenever possible, but do not have all the time in the world to search for them.

This is what I have found so far. Please advise with more links when possible.

The most common "code" names include di-2-ethyl hexyl phthalate (DEHP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) and diisononyl phthalate (DINP.)

Here is a list of Signers of the Compact for Safe Cosmetics, but where is a list of products that do not have these harmful chemicals.

My son has very bad eczema and we need to put lots of cream on him every day. Our doctor told us to use Cetaphil Cream. Does this have phthalates or other harmful chemicals I am unaware of?
